In the upcoming county supervisor’s race, former San Diego Mayor Kevin Faulconer recently announced his vision to remove the county's homelessness problem. "While homeless populations were growing out of control in big cities across California, San Diego's was actually reduced under my leadership," Faulconer said. "We can do it again, this time at the county level."
